Digital plus Repair Guarantee

The Digital plus products from Lenz Elektronik GmbH are characterised by their outstanding quality. That is why we grant you as a consumer a 6-year manufacturer's warranty on these items from the date of purchase of the product. The guarantee is valid throughout Europe.

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact Lenz Elektronik GmbH to send in the defective device together with proof of purchase.

In the event of a warranty claim, Lenz Elektronik GmbH shall bear the costs for repair and return shipment of the defective device. At the discretion of Lenz Elektronik GmbH, either a free repair or replacement of the device will be carried out. Damage caused by wear and tear, normal use or improper use of the devices is excluded from the warranty. The guarantee therefore only applies if the product has been handled properly.

B-goods and refurbished items are excluded from the manufacturer's warranty.
The guarantee supplements the statutory warranty rights. There is no restriction of the statutory warranty claim by the manufacturer's warranty.
