...please leave the Complete original text in the mail and add your comments about it. This makes it easier for us to process and speeds up the response.


If you have general questions...

...about our products or need help with products that you are already using, then it is best to first take a look at our FAQ pages. If you cannot find an answer to your question here, you can of course also contact us by post, fax, email or telephone.

Please have the following information ready for us:

  • The exact product designation: Not simply "locomotive decoder" but e.g. "Decoder LE130XF", so use the exact product designation
  • Information about the digital system you are using. Please describe whether you are using an LZ100 control centre, a compact or another digital plus device or whether it is a digital control system from another manufacturer
  • Please provide us with the respective version number of the products. You can find out how to determine the version number in the operating instructions for the products.

  • If you make use of our repair or spare parts service...

    Attention! Important: Please do not remove any supposedly defective components from the vehicles. Please always return the complete vehicle to us unless expressly agreed otherwise with our service department!

    And please remember the following:

    • Please add the following to your consignmentnecessarily the completed Service consignment note with as detailed a description of the fault as possible.
    • TheExact product name: Not simply "locomotive decoder" but e.g. "locomotive decoder STANDARD+", so please use the exact product designation.
    • Information about the data you useDigital system. Please describe whether you are using an LZV200, LZV100, LZ100, compact or other digital plus control centre or whether it is a digital control unit from another manufacturer.
    • Please give us the respectiveVersion number of the products. You can find out how to determine the version number in the operating instructions for the products.
    • Please send the item only to the above postal address.
    • Frank the consignment. Our inbox is required to reject unstamped or insufficiently stamped consignments.
    • Enclose a copy of the proof of purchase to safeguard your warranty claims. Otherwise, no warranty claims can be made.
  • From 01.11.2022, we will charge a fee for spare parts deliveries and repairs that are not covered by the statutory warranty.Service fee of 15,-EUR (spare part) or 25,-EUR (repair).
