Lenz & Friends autumn fair

The trade fair in March, the International 0+1 Gauge Days, was well received by exhibitors and traders alike and we considered whether another trade fair in autumn, at the beginning of the season, would be an interesting addition. But not a second large trade fair, not a duplication of the International 0+1 Gauge Days, but a smaller exhibition focussing exclusively on 0 gauge. Everything a little smaller and more personal.

Date: 9 and 10 November 2024

A Lenz in-house exhibition, so to speak, which will also take place on the exhibition grounds for reasons of space, but of course with a slightly smaller scope and with fewer halls. We would like to accompany the opening of the model railway season in autumn. But not alone, but together with all those exhibitors who would also like to take the opportunity to make direct contact with their customers.

Of course, we will also be showing one or two layouts again - even if not quite as many as usual, after all the space is smaller. It should be a bit of a gauge 0 community event.

Everything will be one size smaller in terms of stand rental and admission prices, which will therefore remain under 10 euros. The opening times should also be short and crisp, with a small special feature: on Saturday we will endeavour to keep the halls, including the catering, open a little longer in order to offer track 0 friends the opportunity to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. If it works out with the caterer, then at least the catering area will be open until 21:00 or even 22:00 on Saturday - but we're still planning that. We'll finish work at 14:00 on Sunday so that everyone gets home early.

See you in November!

The planned in-house exhibition is intended to tie in a little with the small, informal gatherings that are organised throughout Germany, in a central location, to kick off the model railway season. Time to look and shop, but even more time to chat and meet friends.

Opening hours, admission:

Saturday Trade fair operation with sales 10:00 - 18:00, from 18:00 evening finale in the trade fair bistro
Sunday fair operation with sale 10:00 - 14:00.

Admission price: Saturday 8,- Euro, Sunday 4,- Euro

Registrations, places still available for flea market days

We have already written to the participants of the International 0+1 Gauge Days in March and have received numerous registrations. Take the opportunity to be part of the action and reserve your stand measuring approx. 2 x 2 metres, equipped with 2 tables and a chair. Spaces for this flea market are available between the stands of the exhibitors who have already registered. Here you can find theRegistration form.

These were the Lenz & Friends 2024.

Approximately 600 visitors attended and had a great time. Both visitors and exhibitors expressed their satisfaction.

Above all, the family-friendly atmosphere, the relaxed vibe with plenty of time for chatting and exchanging ideas, and, of course, the wide range of new and used models made the event a resounding success.

The date for next year is already set: 25th and 26th October 2025. And for those interested, you can even reserve your flea market stand or exhibitor space now.

But before that, on 22nd and 23rd March 2025, we’ll see each other at the International Spur 0+1 Days in the Gießen Exhibition Halls.
