Tenderlok BR 98.8

Local railway locomotive BR 98.8 - the prototype

Various local railway locomotives were already classified under the class 98 at the time of the DRG, this was taken over by the DB. The 98.8 goes back to the Bavarian GtL 4/4. The first locomotives were delivered by Krauà in 1923, the hot steam locomotives were taken out of service in the mid/end of the 1960s.
