Emergency Passenger Cars - Prototype:
Built on the basis of the Glmhs Leipzig, the MCi emergency cars were introduced in 1943 to address the wartime shortage of passenger cars. In the classification, “M” stands for emergency/team car, “C” for 3rd class, and “i” for corridor car with open gangways.
MCi 43 Emergency Passenger Cars - Models
The MCi models, in addition to the typical Lenz series equipment, are equipped with the proven technical features of the "Donnerbüchsen" cars:
- constant interior lighting, digitally switchable
- platform lighting, digitally switchable separately from the interior lighting
- interior fittings
- dark nickel-plated wheelsets
Features of Lenz Gauge 0 Passenger Cars:
The Lenz Gauge 0 passenger cars are as true to the original as possible and include features such as:
- metal wheelsets
- constant, flicker-free interior lighting, digitally switchable
- power pickup in the axle bearings, ensuring no impact on running characteristics
- flange height less than 1.2 mm
- interior fittings
- automatic coupling with close coupling mechanism
- coupling standard shaft
- spring buffers
- retrofittable with original screw coupling
- "Complete model," no additional parts need to be assembled!
